KIIT Group of Institutions has 17 campuses named after the famous rivers in India. From Krishna to Kaveri and from Kharasrota to Kathajodi (names of the campuses), buildings in a variety of architectural styles have been designed to blend harmoniously into the aesthetically manicured landscape. KIIT University campus is as beautiful and famous as the Temple city of Bhubaneswar and serves as an ideal place for bringing up enlightened scholars. Everything that one would expect of a world-class institution is located here state-of-the-art lecture theatres, hostels, library, conference halls, convention centre, hospital, bank, post office, railway reservation centre, outdoor playgrounds and indoor stadiums.
KIIT hostel is a home away from home. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with round-the-clock wireless internet and intranet connectivity. All hostels have attached canteens. International students are housed in a dedicated international hostel.
There is adequate number of classrooms in each campus for the 17000 students enrolled in KIIT University. Classrooms are air conditioned and designed as per international standards to ensure effective teacher-student interaction. They are also equipped with LCD projectors and a host of other contemporary teaching aids.
Library facility is provided from the independent library located in each School of KIIT University and a Central Library located in a self-contained independent campus. Central Library, located in a five-storied building spread over an area of 45,000 sq ft., complements the academic objectives of the institution through support for learning, teaching, scholarship and research, achieved by efficient and effective delivery of services.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are a lot of hostels, separate for boys and girls. There are around 10-11 hostels for boys and 6-7 hostels for girls. PG options are plenty in this area. Cost is minimal when compared to the hostel fees. Food in the hostels is 7 on a scale of 10. The mess charges are Rs. 30,000 per year. Quality of classrooms is very good. They are fully WiFi, A/C enabled. Speaking about Labs, they are equipped with up-to-date instruments and are also AC enabled. The best thing is 24x7 library-cum-reading room, which is huge and has bunch load of books, journals, magazines and is spacious for students to study. The infrastructure is amazing.
Academics & Faculty : Daily Routine is just awesome. Classes are very organised and timely. Assignments are not that much, although frequent surprise tests is a common thing. Qulity of teaching is 7 on a sclae of 10. Professors are very reputed personalitites and have ample experience in industries. Their methodology is very smooth and everything happens as per the plan. Overall experience at college is chilling and very relaxed.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fees is around Rs. 2.4 Lacs per year, but based on the facilities provided, it's justified. Hostels are huge, WiFi enabled. Academics is also very good. Ample scholarships are provided. At the end of 1st year, trophies are given to the ones with high ranks and also scholarships are provided to these students. Loans are provided by the University.
Placements & Internships : A lot of IT companies visit every year like TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc..Besies this, a lot of major core companies visit like TATA Power, Deloitte, Shapoorji & Palonji, TATA Steel, and these mostly hire the creamy students of the batch. Average salary ranges between Rs. 5-7 lakhs. Alumni network is okay. The connection with seniors is very strong.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 12 Hostels, Hostels are pretty good with Wi-fi facilty. Hostel fee is Rs. 3000 per month. College food is okay. Food charge is Rs. 2000 per month. Air-conditioned classrooms, with projectors and smart boards. Fully WIFI enabled campus, with a very reliable speed. Seperate library is there for every department.
Academics & Faculty : The class timing, project submission, exam schedule etc all are fixed. and these all are held in exact time. The faculties are very knowledgable , most are from IIT or NIT. Teachers alaways gives motivation to involve in any kind of project or research. all the latest technologies are used to teach here Overall i love love academic style & Faculty
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is Rs. 2,20,000 per year. I know the fees is bit high, but the facility they provide is worth the money. Generally Students who come within rank 1000, get the scholarship. Many other scholarship are there for girls, SC/ST candidates. Loans are needed. One can get loans easily from any bank. Moreover the management will help you to get the loan.
Placements & Internships : I have done Internship in NTPC, Talcher, odisha, & SE RAILWAY, Kharagpur - no stipend. Accenture-IT, Infosys-IT, Wipro-IT, Tata Steel- Manufacturing, Mahindra-manu, & IT, Asahi glasses, Fiat, Bosch, Intel, HP, and many others come for campus recruitment. The average Salary figure for the previous year was Rs. 3.2 lakh per year. Highest package - Rs. 12 lakh per year. 92% students get placed on an average. Our alumni network is very good, we often get a chance to interact with them & discuss about future plans.
Clubs & Associations : There are many societies in our college, you can join the society according to your field of interest, like automobile, dance, drama, singing, quiz, robotics, aeronautical, eterprenur, etc. Two festivels are there one is tech fest (KIITFEST) and cultural fest (KILIKARI). The college life in general is full of fun and knowledge.
