They provide intensive training in the Culinary Arts, Food and beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Digital Marketing verticals.

Students can opt for any 1 core specialization in the final year (Culinary Arts/ Food and beverage Management/ Accommodation Operations/ Front Office Operations/ Revenue Management/ Sales and marketing).

The institute has a student-faculty ratio of 1:20, which facilitates better learning as the courses at the institute are 70% Practical and Skill Development and 30% Theory. The institute also provides additional amenities like free lunch during working days, free Shuttle Service from Pune Railway Station to Lexicon IHM Campus, Medical Insurance of 2 Lakhs for every student, and Accidental Insurance with a coverage of 1 Lakh for every student, among many other things.

The institute also has multiple collaborations that have their respective dedicated classrooms on the campus where the students get a unique opportunity to work on live capstone projects to resolve real-time problems of the hotel. Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management also organizes Educational Field trips to wineries, dairy farms, hotels, distilleries, etc to enhance the learning process for their students. The institute also has a facility for teaching sign language and international languages like Mandarin and Spanish to its students. Master class on wines and chocolates are also held in the institute.
