Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers a variety of residential facilities for the academic session 2025–26, catering to different preferences and budgets. Students can choose from apartment-style AC rooms (1–4 seaters) and standard rooms with both AC and Non-AC options, with fees ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 depending on the room type and Early Decision Benefit (EDB) availed before April 20, 2025. The hostel amenities include 24/7 security, power backup, purified water, medical services, Wi-Fi, study and recreational areas, and various paid services such as mess, laundry, printing, and salons. Additionally, students are allowed to use certain personal electrical appliances, with induction cooking permitted in apartments with pantries. The university ensures a comfortable, secure, and well-equipped living environment for its residents.

• 4-Seater (With/Without Pantry): ₹1,10,000 (₹1,00,000 with EDB)

Standard Rooms (AC & Non-AC Options)

• 1-Seater (Attached Washroom): ₹1,60,000 (₹1,50,000 with EDB)

• 2-Seater (Attached Washroom):

  • AC: ₹1,40,000 (₹1,30,000 with EDB)

  • Non-AC: ₹1,20,000 (₹1,10,000 with EDB)

• 3-Seater (Attached Washroom):

  • AC: ₹1,20,000 (₹1,10,000 with EDB)

  • Non-AC: ₹1,05,000 (₹95,000 with EDB)

• 4-Seater (Attached Washroom):

  • AC: ₹1,00,000 (₹90,000 with EDB)

  • Non-AC: ₹90,000 (₹80,000 with EDB)

Important Notes

1. Accommodation is for approx. 10 months (excluding vacations); 12-month stay may be arranged on request at an extra cost.

2. Short-term stay (1 semester or even term) allowed for:

   • New admissions in programs under 5 months (e.g., ELP, part-time)

3. Allowed electrical items: laptop, iron, kettle, charger, trimmer, hair dryer/straightener. Extra electricity charges may apply.

4. Induction plates are permitted only in apartments with pantries.

5. Use of LPG, kerosene, or other oils/gases is strictly prohibited.

6. For indoor sports stadium: personal sports kits (e.g., costumes, rackets) must be brought by students.

7. Bed sheet and pillow with cover can be provided at an extra ₹3,000.
