Training and Placement Cell at Madurai Institute of Engineering and Technology

The Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institution. The placement cell helps in career planning by allowing students to explore a world of opportunities. The cell carries out various activities that help the students in identifying their career interests; assess their aptitude, technical and interpersonal skills and cultivate the corporate culture through pre-campus selection tests and soft skill training. In an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes, training activities are organized throughout the year. Reputed industrial houses across the country visit our institute regularly for the campus recruitment programmes. The cell maintains a very cordial relationship with all the recruiters and also prepares the recruited candidates to face the competitive world.
