Eligibility Criteria for MA(Economics), MA[Labour Management]:
- Candidate should have a degree from any recognized institution.
- Candidate should have a post-graduate degree in any subject other than MA[Economics] or MA in labour studies.
Eligibility Criteria for MA(ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LINGUISTICS):
- Candidate must have a B.A.(English Literature) or B.A/B.Sc. Degree with English with four papers under Part I or Part II of this University or any recognized University.
- Candidate should have cleared B.A/B.Sc.(Ed.) of Mysore University (Four-year Integrated Course) with English as part of the major curriculum, PG Diploma in Rural Economics and Co-operation conducted by the National
Council for Higher Education, New Delhi.
- Candidate should have B.O.L. Degree of Annamalai University.
Eligibility Criteria for MA(Philosophy & Religion), MA(Political Science), MA(Public Administration), MA(Sociology), MA(History), MA(Social Work), MA[Gandhian Thought], MA(Journalism & Mass Communication), MA[Advertising & Public Relations], MA[Human Rights], MA[Women's Studies]:
- Candidate with any degree from a recognized institution is eligible for admission(for sociology there shouldn't be a student from a commerce degree background.
Eligibility Criteria for MA(Hindi)
- Any person who has cleared BA(Hindi) is an eligible candidate.
- Candidate with a degree with Part-I Hindi(having dealt with Hindi Literature for Four Semester or 2 Years) is eligible
- The candidate who is a graduate with Diploma equivalent to Part-I Hindi in U.G. Degree is eligible.
Eligibility Criteria for MA(Criminology & Police Administration):
- Those who have cleared the PG Diploma in Criminology and Police Administration of D.D.E., M.K.U. can take up admission in II Year.
Eligibility Criteria for MA(Tamil Literature):
- Candidate should possess a B.A. degree (Tamil) or B.Lit., (or) B.A./B.Sc., Degree with Tamil as one of the four papers under Part I or Part II of this University or any recognized institution.
