Magadh University [MU] was set up in 1962 as an organization for better schooling in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India. Admissions 2024 are in process for various courses. Admission to the UG courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination and PG admissions are done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university. Candidates seeking admission to the research level program must appear for the Pre Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT). Final admissions are offered on the basis of the merit list released by the university. MU is diagnosed through the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university offers many certificates, UG, PG, diploma, PG diploma, and Ph.D. programs. M.Sc Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in a bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.

Magadh University Placements

Magadh University placements 2024 are in process. The university has a Training & Placement Cell that takes care of all the placement-related activities for graduating students. Magadh University Scholarships

Magadh University scholarship or any freeship isn't provided for the last four years. The university helps the scholars with the documentation and certification procedures required to avail of educational loans. However, the scholars belonging to ST, SC, or OBC categories can apply for various scholarships provided by the government.

• All SC, ST, OBC and minority students are eligible to use various scholarships under state or central government that covers 70 to 75% of the enrolled students.
• To be eligible for those scholarships, all candidates should have passed the HSC examination with a minimum of 80% of marks to be eligible for the scholarship. Besides, the applicant's annual family income should be lesser than one lakh to be eligible for the scholarship.
• The total number of scholarships is limited, so students coming from government schools, boards, or institutes are given preference.
