Mahamaya Rajkiya Allopathic Medical College (MRAMC) was formed in 2011 in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It is a government college and is attached to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Ayodhya. The college has 100 MBBS seats and recently got the permission for NBE diploma courses in ENT and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The attached hospital has 470 beds, out of which 20 are for emergency. It treats large numbers of patients inflow; it has recorded 4554 inpatients and 177,880 outpatients from January to mid-December 2021.

The men's hostels have 480 rooms, and women's hostels have 166 rooms with intern accommodations. Death and birth records are reported to the DPM Office in Ambedkar Nagar.
