Admission seekers may obtain the prospectus cum application form from the college office. They can also download the application form from our website. After carefully reading the prospectus and accompanying Rule and Regulation, provide the required information in your own legible handwriting in the application form and submit in admission cell after enclosing the following documents. 1. Latest coloured passport size photograph. 2. Original Mark Sheet of the last class passed with its two attested Xeroxed copies. 3. Original Mark Sheet of the Secondary examination with its one attested Xeroxed copy. 4. Transfer and Character Certificate from the last institute. 5. Migration Certificate, If the student is from another university.
