It's true that 100% of our super senior batch (2017-21) got placed. And one of them got placed in Amazon wid 32.5 lac of package.
Entrance Exams & Admissions :
The eligibility criteria for getting admitted to b.tech CSE are 1. PCM in class 12th 2. Must pass the senior secondary examination with a certain percentage. Details can be found in MGCUB's latest brochure. Now let's talk about the entrance examination... From 2022 onwards, that University is going to take admission on the basis of the CUCET ( Central Universities common entrance test). I got admitted in 2020 via marks that I got in 10th and 12th, with the criteria having 40% weightage of class 10th and 55% weightage of class 12th and 5% of extra co-curricular activities... So this is the first' University that is going to take admission via CUCET.
Fees & Scholarships :
The course fee is 24000/sem which is quite affordable and worth investing in. Total fee: approx 2 lacs (for general students) seats:33 Total fee: 50k/sem (for self-finance students) seats: approx 6-10 Let's talk about scholarships... The students of minority communities, backward class, scheduled castes and scheduled Tribes got the scholarship of post-matric for sure for each academic year. Yeah, a loan upto 4 lac is provided by the Bihar government to the students studying in universities who belong to Bihar itself with the interest rate of 4 % for boys and 1% for girls...It's really easily availed.
Academics & Faculty :
The daily routine is smooth, class general starts here from 9.00 am sharp in the morning and can continue upto 5.00 pm in the evening. The teachers/ professors are highly qualified, and they are adroit at teaching. This is the best part of MGCUB that it has a quality education, and professors make efforts for the students. The overall experience is quite nice. If I have to rate it on a scale of 10, then I will give it 8 for sure.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
Hotels are only available for girls. And it's 9000/sem. Food is also good. The classrooms are nice. WiFi is always active. Labs are also improving.
Clubs & Associations :
There is only one club here, which is the Rotaract club. There are no such activities for sports people here. Life is okay, okay here. I am again mentioning that the quality of education is nice here.
