Manav Rachna University placements and career development cell has a well-organized placement team headed by coordinators. At the university level, a director is placed to smoothen the functioning of the placement cell. The cell encourages the students to be vigilant and constructive in their approach.

The students are trained for the upcoming placement procedures through various extracurricular activities and mock exams. The MRU CRC (Corporate Resource Centre) which engages with the industry and expand the industry-academia interface.
