Placements are good for all branches especially CSE, IT, Mechanical and Mining with the average package around INR 4 lakhs per annum. 40% of students get placed every year. Strongest alumni network as it was established in 1951.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The student should have good percentage in 12th-grade and JEE Main is the entrance exam to get the admission in this college.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is around INR 30,000 per annum. Govt scholarships are available annually on different grounds. 40-50 % category scholarships and 5-10 % others. Loans are not required as it also has a provision of IFWS seats allotted merit wise.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings, projects, and exams are regularly held in this college. Teachers and professors are good. The overall experience of college is good.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are available for both boys and girls. Food is affordable enough being a govt college. Quality of infrastructure is a bit poor and being improvised currently.

Clubs & Associations : Societies, fests, and clubs are managed completely by students and not formal. We have annual and cultural fests annually. Life in college is average.
