Entrepreneurship Development Cell has been established by MIM to foster entrepreneurship Imbibing confidence, aggressiveness, leadership, dominance and comprehensive knowledge that will enhance their ability of project planning and its execution. It also attempts to setup Faculty-Industry interface for consultancy arrangements with young entrepreneurs.

The pedagogy here has been dynamically aligned to the needs and aspirations of the industry to ensure that students not just imbibe academic concepts but develop the analytical and decision-making skills to be the leaders in the ever-changing world of business.

exclusive cell for Training & Placement is functioning with a task of preparing the students for placement and project. Biz Quiz, Biz Games, Case Study, Group Discussion, Aptitude tests, Reasoning, Communication, Paper presentation etc are being conducted periodically to hone their managerial skills, update them with recent developments and to augment their soft skills. Periodic mock interviews are conducted to build confidence in them to face interviews smartly. Apart from placement training, regular coaching is given for competitive exams such as UPSC, TNPSC, Bank Staff Recruitment and many others.
