Award and Prizes :-
This award is instituted by the M.S.M. Trust in respectful memory of its founder Al-Haj P. K. Kunju Sahib. This is to encourage the educational and cultural aptitude of the students. The award is offered to the most meritorious students of this college.
Instituted in 1988, this is awarded to the meritorious students of this college.
Members of the Staff of the Dept. of Physics enunciated an award in memory of our founder Al-Haj P. K. Kunju Sahib, in 1997 to the student who secures highest mark in M.Sc. Degree Examination in Physics of this college.
Members of the staff of the Dept. of Physics instituted an award in 1983 to the student who secures highest marks in B.Sc. (Physics) on the sudden demise of K.G. Mathewkutty, Lecturer in Physics, in 1986 this award is renamed as K.G. Mathewkutty Memorial Award.
The members of the Dept. of Zoology instituted an award in 1983 to the student who secures highest marks in B.Sc. Zoology.
The family members of late Prof. K. M. Balaraman instituted an award in 2004 to the student who secures highest marks in B. A. Malayalam.

Fee concession
Students belonging to SC/ST and other eligible communities are exempted from payment of fees. They are entitled to receive lump sum grant for the purchase of books and a monthly stipend. For this they have to submit income and Community Certificates from the concerned authorities.
Fee concession to forward community & other backward community students.
Students are eligible for fee concession under Kumara Pillai Commission Report in case the income of their parents does not exceed Rs. 25000/ for degree course and Rs. 42000/- for P.G. course
Scholarship for Physically Handicapped
The amount is Rs. 125/- for the degree course provided the scholar obtained 40% marks for the qualifying examination.
