Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad Courses was established in the year 1980 is one of the top engineering colleges in Hyderabad. It provides quality education for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the field of Engineering. It has a marvelous campus with modernly equipped classrooms. This  College has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE]. It has a permanent affiliation with Osmania University. Muffakham Jah College Admission for a B.Tech degree, the applicant must appear for EMACET, conducted by the state board, and for a B.Tech [Lateral] degree, the applicant must appear for ECET, conducted by the state board.

Today it is enlarged and it became as a premier institute, offering BE Courses in 8 Branches [Civil, ECE, CSE, IT, EEE, EIE, Mechanical & Production] and 5 ME Courses [CAM/CAD, Structural Engg., power electronics, digital systems, Computers & Power Electronics] of two years duration. The current intake of all BE Courses is 780, in addition to 102 students in ME Programmes, for Mechanical Engineering  Dept & Electronics and Communication Engineering, research centers have been started for Doctoral Studies.  We are applying for Re-accreditation of NBA, As per the survey of Out-Look Magazine, MJCET was ranked 62nd among the top 100 Engineering colleges of both Government and Private colleges in India.

The Week Magazine has ranked our college 56th among the Top 100 Private Engineering colleges in India. MJCET is among the Top 5 Engineering colleges in Hyderabad and also tops the list among Minority Engineering Colleges in the State of Telangana. Our main aim is to empower the faculty and students in the area of Research & Development by providing seed funds for implementing their innovative research and product development ideas. 

Muffakham Jah College ranked as 59th among Top Professional Colleges in terms of Outlook and is ranked as 23rd among 200 private colleges in India and it is ranked as 5th in Telangana as per Times Engineering Institute Ranking Survey in 2019.

• The fee Structure for Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology for all BE Programmes is INR 85,000 PA.
•  In MJ College the fee structure for all M.Tech Programmes is INR 30,000 PA.

MJCET Eligibility Criteria

Below are the given eligibility criteria along with the specialization offered at MJCET.

MJCET Admission

• For a B.Tech degree, the applicant must appear for EMACET, conducted by the state board.
• For a B.Tech [Lateral] degree, the applicant must appear for ECET, conducted by the state board.

Fee particulars

• Tuition fee per annum is 85,000/-
• The other fee, as approved by the College and Osmania University for the respective academic year will be collected at the time of Admission.
