NISER Bhubaneswar offers M.Sc, integrated M.Sc, PhD and post-doc courses across various faculties to its students. The post-doc courses were of 3-year duration. However, all the faculties do not offer Integrated M.Sc courses and there are no NISER UG courses. Faculties including Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Centre for Medical and Radiation Physics offer the various NISER courses. The Medical and Radiation Physics faculty is the only one offering NISER PG courses, which is a two-year master's program with one year of compulsory internship.

The NISER Bhubaneswar fees for Integrated M.Sc is INR 1.06 Lakhs. It includes the one-time payment at admission and total tuition fees. The given amount is for the students of the general category.
