GATE 2025 official website has been launched by IIT Roorkee. IIT Roorkee will conduct GATE exam in Feb 2025.
Infrastructure facilities at National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Nagaland:
The campus is newly built and has all the latest amenities required for the students. It has a library which has over 10000 books in print form and also contains other digital resources. There are 5 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel for accommodation of the students. The campus has facilities for both indoor and outdoor games.
Hostels:

- 4 sixty-four seated hostel and 1 thirty-two seated boys hostel are present

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I wrote the JEE MAINS exam to get admission in NIT Nagaland. After intermediate, we are eligible to write JEE MAINS exam.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 10 hostels and fees are all inclusive being a government college Mandatory hostel stay at campus. Food needs to be drastically improved. More emphasis needs to be paid on it. Administration should look after improving it. Excellent best in northeast India

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are a sufficient number of hostels in National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Nagaland, girls are having separate hostels. It is mandatory to live in the hostel in college. Good quality of this NIT is average and you might get bored after some time. Lab facility is very nice, libraries are good, Wi-Fi speed is awesome and you will never feel bored.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To take admission in NIT NAGALAND you had to clear class 12 exam and then get a decent rank in JEE MAINS. It is important that you score well to get admission. Typically your rank should be between 28-35 k to get admission in NIT NAGALAND.
Placements & Internships : I am a first-year student but as a response from seniors the training and placement department of this institute is good and hardworking. Mostly IT companies offers a job at National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Nagaland. But PSU companies are also coming on a campus. Latest hiring is from- CCAPGEMINI WIPRO, INFOSYS, POLARIS, HPCL, BPCL, INDIAN ARMY etc. If you are good you could easily get job of Rs. 6 - 7 lakhs pa. But average salary is Rs. 4.5 lakhs pa. Seniors of this institute are very co-operative and their are very less alumni from this institute but then also they are helpful.

There is a scholarship facility available in the college. Since it is a NIT so you could easily get scholarship and loan from various companies and banks.

You would be given an assignment, from time to time and there would be regular exams. Teaching quality is above average as most of the faculties are helpful but self-study is most important.
