Facilities

Air conditioned Library

The Central library has been built to International Standards, Spreads over an area of 5000 sq.m. It is centrally air-conditioned, well-protected, CCTV and digital book issue/return system. Specialized collections of Books, Journals & Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Biotechnology, Humanities and Social Sciences. The Collection replete with 2,07,418 Documents, 1,68,070 Volumes of Books, 19,500 back volumes, 10,800 CDs, 561 Video Cassettes and 305 Audio Cassettes.

Air conditioned MultiMedia Theatre & Conference Hall

Fully equipped air-conditioned Multimedia Theatre and huge conference with interactive video conferencing is available for conferences, seminars, inspirational movies, etc.

Indoor and Outdoor Sports facilities

Excellent sports facility for overall development of students are provided which include Basket Ball court (as per Olympic norms), facilities for VolleyBall, Table Tennis, Badminton, indoor games, etc.

Transportation

The institute gives bus service which is well connected to various parts of Bhopal. Bus routes are according to need and convenience of students.

Hostel Facility

NIIST has separate Boys and Girls hostel at the nearest place from the college for the convenience of the students. Boys hostel is available in the college campus itself. Each hostel has warden for any help and guidance. The following facilities are available in the hostels:
