On successful completion of the Management Programme, trainees will receive a Post-Graduate Diploma from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
Graduates of Post Graduate Management Programme will have structured and well-defined growth opportunities within The Oberoi Group. Most Heads of Department and General Managers in the Company are graduates of The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
OCLD offers a 2-year post-graduate management programme in:
1. Guest Service Management:
Guest Service Management Course concentrates on the profession in two main guest contact fields: Food and Beverage Service and Front Office. After the completion of this course, the passout can join as an Operations Executive at Oberoi Group and can one day become a Food and Beverage Manager or a Front Office Manager in any one of Oberoi Group hotels.
2. Housekeeping Management:
Housekeeping Management Course concentrates on the profession in Housekeeping. After the completion of this course, the passout can join as a Housekeeping Executive and can one day become an Executive Housekeeper in any one of Oberoi Group hotels.
3. Kitchen Management:
Kitchen Management Course concentrates on the profession in culinary skills. After the completion of this course, the passout can join as a Kitchen Executive and can one day become an Executive Chef in any one of Oberoi Group hotels.
4. Sales Management Programme:
The Oberoi Centre of Learning Development (OCLD) is also going to commence a post-graduate programme in Sales. The 18-month programme is designed to train the graduates through a combo of academic study and comprehensive on-the-job training, for a long-term career in hospitality sales with The Oberoi Group because of which many students thrive for Oberoi Centre of Learning Development Admissions.
