Infrastructure Facilities in Oriental College of Technology, [OCT] Bhopal:
OCT infrastructure is huge and quite impressive and one of a kind in Central India. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with the latest teaching aids. There’s a seminar hall on every block and lecture theatre with 220 seats per theatre.
Computer Laboratory:
The systems are well maintained with advanced software. The network is secure and optimized through a firewall. OCT has around 700 machines in the computer lab. The power is backed up through online UPS. The LAN is fully structured on the campus.
Auditorium:
The auditorium is air-conditioned, spacious and is equipped with presentation facilities. It is a venue for different activities like prep-placement talks, corporate interactions, technical and cultural events. It has a seating capacity of around 1000 students.
Library:
The library is huge. It occupies 962 sq meters of area. It has around 48902 volumes of the computerized collection of textbooks, around 81 National and 17 International with 22 technical and non-technical magazines available.
Facilities:
OCT facilities include a mess and canteen. They strive to facilitate their students and staff with good and hygienic food. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Also, there are furnished guest house and staff quarters. There are medical facilities on campus with permanent doctors and nurses.ATM of Oriental Bank of Commerce is located within the campus providing general services as well.
