PPTSNS Infrastructure: Library, Auditorium & Other Facilities

PTSNS infrastructure is spread over 26 acres. The campus is equipped with classrooms, a library, a seminar hall, a hostel, etc. Following are the Pandit S. N. Shukla University infrastructure facilities available at the campus.

Classrooms: The PTSNS campus offers large, well-furnished classrooms with natural light, ventilation, and open hallways on each floor. The teaching-learning approach is IT enabled. All classrooms are furnished with a standard range of presentation tools, giving the faculty access to the best multimedia resources for their educational requirements.

Laboratories: PTSNS infrastructure has laboratories that are equipped with the newest technology to provide the most conducive environment for learning.

Computer Labs: The computer labs at PTSNS are equipped with recent hardware and software. In the computer lab, lessons on information technology and computer-based tests are taught. Additionally, the lab is open to the students so they can practice, use the internet, and prepare their projects.

Library: The PTSNS library has a large collection of more than 95000 books and a wide range of national & international journals, magazines, and newspapers. 

Girl’s Common Room: The girls common area was created to provide female students with a space to unwind, study, and engage in casual conversation when they have free time. It has separate wardrobes, seating areas, and reading materials. Students can also find daily newspapers, periodicals, and journals. The space is well-ventilated and clean to give users a welcoming environment.

Conference: PTSNS infrastructure has an air-conditioned conference/seminar hall equipped with overhead LCD projectors. It is generally used for hosting important co-curricular and extra-curricular events such as guest lectures, group discussions, speaker sessions, seminars, and symposia amongst others.

Auditorium: The university has a huge auditorium that is furnished with the newest technology, such as an audio-visual system and a projector with a display that fills an entire wall. All of the university's major activities continue to be held in the Auditorium throughout the year.

Sports: The PTSNS facilities include a large playground with rich green grass that offers outdoor sports, where students can play volleyball, badminton, and other games. A place where students can sharpen their wits and advance their social, physical, and cognitive growth. 

Wi-Fi Campus: The university's campus has full Wi-Fi capability that all students, staff, and guests can access. Students can also get assistance from the IT staff with any problems they may encounter.

Cafeteria: PTSNS has a canteen that is spacious and can accommodate a large number of students. The canteen provides a wide range of food items. The committee regularly inspects and checks the canteen to ensure the quality of the food. There are cooking and cleaning teams who are also responsible for maintaining proper sanitation and hygiene.

Hostel: PTSNS hostel facilities are offered to both boys and girls. The hostel provides excellent facilities for dining and sports and it is well connected through public transport.

Parking: PTSNS infrastructure offers plenty of parking for two- and four-wheeler cars for both students and staff. However, those who park their cars are subject to a number of guidelines and limitations. For instance, it is mandatory to adhere to speed limit guidelines at all times. Honking is strictly prohibited.
