Shyam Shah Medical College is one of the premier and the oldest medical colleges in the Madhya Pradesh state of India. It was established in the year 1963 in Rewa city. SSMC is associated with Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital and Gandhi Memorial Hospital. The college is situated near Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, which is the largest hospital in the Vindhya area, in the heart of Rewa city.
