Panjab University results 2024 for BA (Hons.), BE, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), M.Sc, and MBA courses have been declared on July 16, 2024, on the official website. Students can check their PUCHD scorecard from the result section of the PUCHD website using their roll number. Candidates need a minimum of 40% aggregate marks to pass the end-term examination. 

Panjab University usually conducts its end-term examinations during April-May and December and publishes the results online within 60 days. Panjab University, Chandigarh, also conducts the re-appear, golden chance, and improvement examinations for students with unsatisfactory results. Candidates can also apply for revaluation or rechecking of their PUCHD results to improve their exam scores within 15 days of result release.

Panjab University Result 2024 Important Dates

The PUCHD exam 2024 is yet to be commenced. The latest PU results have been announced for the BE (Mechanical), B.Sc, B.Voc, M.Sc, LLM, M.Phil and Post Graduate Diploma courses. Students can check their course-wise result PDFs from the list of recently published results by selecting their exam session. How to Check Panjab University Result 2024 ?

Students can check their PU result from the result section of the Panjab University website with their login credentials, such as roll number and DOB. The list of recently published results with the links to check the result PDFs for all the exam sessions are displayed on the website. The result PDF containing the roll number, registration number, name and result of the candidates is provisional and immediate information to the candidates. Panjab University issues the final marksheet is to the candidates at the end of each term. The process to check the PU result is mentioned below in detail:

• Visit the official website of Panjab University - puchd.ac.in.
• Click on the ‘Results’ tab under the ‘Students’ menu in the side panel.
• Select the examination session from the result portal.
• Click on the appropriate result link and enter the credentials to view the result PDF.
• View and download the PU online result PDF for later reference.

Students must verify whether the details mentioned on the provisional PUCHD results are free of mistakes. The university utilises the details mentioned in the online result to prepare the final mark sheet. Hence candidates are advised to look for errors or discrepancies in the online result and inform the exam conducting department or the concerned faculty to rectify and re-issue the accurate result sheet. Revaluation of Panjab University Result 2024

Students who wish to improve their regular or re-appear examination results can apply for the revaluation process online within 15 days from the result declaration date. Candidates can utilise the Panjab University online revaluation system or download the application form from the website or from the office of the Assistant Registrar (Revaluation) of PUCHD (if the online process is not applicable). Applicants can pay the revaluation fee prescribed through the online portal or post office in offline mode. The Panjab University revaluation results are published online on the PUCHD website. The steps to apply for revaluation of PUCHD results is mentioned below:

• Step 1: Go to PUCHD online revaluation system at ugexam.puexam.in/Reevaluation (for UG) or pgexam.puexam.in/Reevaluation (for PG).
• Step 2: Enter the login credentials and click on the ‘Log In’ button.
• Step 3: Read the instructions carefully and click on "Apply New Case".
• Step 4: Check the email and phone number to get the result/application/fee status details.
• Step 5: Select the subject for which revaluation is to be done. Click on "Calculate and Continue’’ to get the fee details.
• Step 6: Verify the number of subjects and the fees accordingly. If they are correct, proceed to payment. Note: the revaluation process cannot be cancelled post payment.
• Step 7: Select the payment method and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• On successful payment, candidates will get a confirmation SMS or email within 24 hours.
• If applying offline, submit the completed application form at the university office and pay the prescribed revaluation fee through a bank or post office.
• Step 8: Save the fee receipt/challan for later reference.
