The Training and Placement Cell (TAPC) works to create opportunities for students for employment and progression. TAPC provides various training programs such as soft skills, aptitude skills & necessary technical skills through internal and external experts to improve the employability of our students. TAPC works closely with the Entrepreneur Development Cell, Foreign University Relations Cell & Alumni Association cell, in addition to providing job opportunities, thus ensuring smooth progress for students, TAPC strives to provide a platform for students to provide appropriate guidance on higher education abroad.
In addition to this, TAPC provides building entrepreneurs with a sound echo system. TAPC also uses its support to provide Japanese Language Training, Industry Centric Curriculum, Software Development Technology Testing Automation Training, and Robotics.
The Institute adheres to the rules and regulations laid down in the reservation criteria by the DTE of the Government of Maharashtra concerning the admission of students. Scholarship granted by the Indian Government.
Special Quota: There is a special quota for candidates belonging to J & K and SC/ST/OBC Students in the Northeast States as per DTE standards: scholarships are available to students in reserved categories as per government standards. For these students, Admission Cell organizes a special seminar to tell them about schemes and scholarships if they accept engineering admissions.
Differently-abled: Following the provisions of Clause 39 on equal opportunities, protection of rights, and the Full Participation Act 1995, 3 per cent of the total sanctioned intake capacity of all institutions coming under the CAP is reserved for candidates with a disability.
For Women: As per the provisions in GR No. 30% of seats available for Maharashtra State CAP are reserved for female candidates. GEC-1000/ (123/2000)/ Technology. Edu.-1, dated April 17th, 2000. Economically Weaker Sections: For each course, 5 per cent of seats are reserved under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS).
EBC: Economically Backward Class (EBC) students also receive the fee concession following the Maharashtra Government's rules.
Minority Community: The "State and Central Government Minority Scholarship" is available to students belonging to minority groups such as Muslim/Christian/Buddhist/Sikh/Parsi/Jain.
EWS: Economical Weaker Chapter. Under this category, six students have admitted for a batch of 60, and 50 per cent of the total charges waved for each student.
TFWS: Wavier's Scheme for Tuition Fees. Under this system, 100 per cent of the tuition charges are waived.
