The Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Belur was established 1898 by Swami Vivekananda. The University was designed to follow the 'Gurukula' system and aims at upholding spiritual beliefs of students along with providing academic knowledge and industrial exposure. The University provides its students with an excellent infrastructure and is one of the most well-maintained Universities in the country.The University provides courses in the fields of Science, Commerce, Humanities and believes in the overall growth and development of its students.
