The National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) was established in 1961 by the Minister of Education for preparing quality teachers in the field of Science, Humanities, Commerce, Agriculture, and Technology. There are Four Regional Institute of Education that are  Ajmer, Bhopal, Mysore, Bhubaneshwar, It was renamed to the Regional Institute of Ajmer in 1995. It looks over educational interest in the northern region states Like Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan,etc.. It offers courses like BAB. Ed, B.ScB.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed, Ph.D.

The criteria for the Regional Institute of Education admission 2024 is to be passed with 50% marks in total in HSC ( Higher Secondary Education). The admission is done through CEE (Common Entrance Test)  for B.Ed and M.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed, BA B.Ed.

Courses offered by RIE Ajmer

The Institute offers courses in Social Science, Science, Mathematics, English, Regional Languages.

After gaining eligible score in 12th. Here are the steps for enrolling in the Institute. The Regional Institute of Education fee structure will be different for each course.

1. Register to the online site of CEE with a valid email id and phone number
2. Login to the website with the username and password given by the website
3. After Login, fill the application form
4. After filling the form,  Upload the Photo 
5. After the Uploading, click on the Submit
6. After Submitting click the preferred choice of the course and institute where the applicant wants to take admission

For all the courses like BAB.Ed, B.ScB.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed the scores of Common Entrance Test (CEE) are accepted for the Admission.

For the B.Ed course the eligibility is to have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with Mathematics or Science as specialization with 50 % marks in total. For the M.Ed the eligibility is to have a 50% marks in total in B.Ed/B.A.Ed/B.A.Ed/B.ScEd/D.EI.Ed.
