- Bachelor's Degree of three years duration in Arts with English as a major/optional subject with a minimum 45 percent (40 percent in case of candidates belonging to ST/ SC) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University/ Institution.
- Any degree of 3 years duration with minimum 50percent (45 percent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST) of marks in English language or English minor from any recognized university or institution or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to.
- The application fee of INR 1000 is collected.
