Library

The SSIT Library System consists of a Central Library with 6 departmental sections (Libraries), which collectively support the teaching, research and extension programmers of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership. The Library, besides having 24000 and digital library with huge collection of books for engineering, science, Management and humanities offers library services through its various divisions.

Digital Library

The College Library Supported with well equipped Digital library.An Attempt to provide an insight in to significant developments in some of promising areas of Science & Technology with the help of Digital Library. Digital Library in SSIT has 30 dedicated Systems in separate block of Main Library.

Internet

Sai Spurthi Institute Of Technology provides enriched Internet facility with 44mbps band width is exclusively providing to Staff, Students, Staff Quarters and Girls Hostel with unlimited usage to 24 hours.

Sai Spurthi Institute Oftechnology is have a two types Internet facilities, one is BSNL Broad Band and another one is Reliance Net Links, Band width of these two 40mbps and 4mbps respectively.

SSIT provides well established internet lab facility to staff and students for different timings in college premises.

English Language Laboratory

The College has enriched the IST year B.Tech Students in communication skills and spoken language. We are teaching the students through the multimedia computers which were established in 2001 with ‘67’ students Consoles stand and a masters console with high quality of headsets. We are using p-IV 1.8 GHZ Processors, 40GB HD AND 250 MB-RAM. Operating system windows 2000XP is used to all the system.

Counseling

SSIT offers confidential and free professional counselling and psychological support to its students by staff in order to help them in handling various stressful situations and to cope up with their problems for their better social adjustment and good professional performance. This enables them to take full advantage of the academic and social environment of the college and realize their potential to the fullest extent.

Seminar Halls

SSIT has excellent seminar hall facility in the 2nd floor with a capacity to accommodate nearly 500 students at a stretch.
The hall is equipped with LCD projector (Sony make, model: VPL-EX7) and excellent audio system comprising Amplifier (AHUJA make, model: SSA-250M), Eleven Column Speakers (AHUJA make, model: ASC310T) apart from marker board.

Further the golden environmental photographs of eminent personalities of national and international for growth of science and technology have been wall mounted along with their brief bio-data covering the entire hall.

Sports and Games

Sports and Games are an integral part of any academic institution to develop the student to be a composite individual.In line with this, SSIT has established impressive sports and games facilities in the campus.Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Shuttle, and ball badminton, Table Tennis, Caroms, Tennis, Through ball are the games which are in place, apart from all athletic facilities. Our college team has earned laurels for the college in standing high in the inter college games conducted by JNTU.

Hostels

Transportation

The College has a fleet of 2 Buses. The routes for the buses are organized so that students from all parts of the town can easily approach the college. The facility is made available to the students at reasonable charges depending upon the routes opted by them. The main pickup points are Sathupally, Chintalapudi etc.

E-Class Room

A well furnished E-class room is provided to MBA students for extra circular activities well equipped lab for communication development and technical skill development was provided 18 hours internet also available for all MBA students.
