Placements & Internships : Internship(s) and stipend :- We have to arrange  internship(s) and stipend from ourselves . However from last two year there have been some improvemets , especially for Computer Science and ECE students.

However from last two year there have been some improvemets , especially for Computer Science and ECE students. Companies :- Only one known company visits our college , its INFOSYS . Some small company from Noida (NCR region) too visits. Salary :- Avg is 3.5 lakhs , highest is 6 lakhs (as our senior say) , around 15% gets placed in Infosys. Alumni :- it's third class . Though some so-called Ph.D. holders (from IIT's) are there , but most of them are damn lazy . They don't take the class and neither have any R&D interest.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission procedure :- It's direct admission . My college Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, [SBSSTC] Ferozepur even takes 12th fail student for Bachelors course provided you clear it in your compartment test. Entrance examination(s) :- I took Jee Mains and Jee Advanced in 2013. Cutoffs :- There are not any so-called cutoffs for any course in my college.

Fees & Scholarships : Fee :- at present ₹49,878 per semester for only studies (excluding hostel rents) Scholarship :- they provide ₹6000 per sem to those who have less income ( I don't know how can someone survive at ₹6000 / sem) Average number of students who get scholarship :- I think its around 100 Loans : yes its needed for some students (especially who are from Bihar and UP) . They take from PNB , SBI , BOB , BOI etc

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine :- Class timings : its OK . Its from 9 am to 5 pm and its regular. Projects and assignments  :- only copy & paste type of projects/assignments given .  Exams :- it's OK . Two MST (monthly test) are conducted per sem . Only rote learners perform well in these tests.   Quality and method of teaching : totally third class . They hire some low-level junior faculties and handover them important subjects like Algorithms , Programming , Networking etc . The method of teaching is as if we are high schools students. Overall experience in college : it's so disgusting . Only when a student start preparation for GATE exams then he/she realizes that we have learned nothing in last 3 years.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels :- Number :- 4 boy's hostels and 2 girl's hostels' Condition : its OK . Food is the only issue. Hostel Fee : around 5K per month.   PG's :- its easily available and its fine. Rate ₹6000 per month. Food :-its horrific (full of masalas). Diet rate is ₹25 per meal. Quality of :- Classrooms :- it's good. Labs :- its OK for CSE only. Libraries :- it's sufficient. Dining halls :- it's fine. Wi-Fi :- its there but speed is slow (around 120 Kbps)

Clubs & Associations : Student societies, clubs and associations on campus :- yaa its there . It has been divided department wise. Main festivals :- Sports and cultural fests are OK but coming to tech its very poor. Life in college :- its OK
