School of Dental Sciences offers an undergraduate program in dental surgery. It is a five-year program with the aim of equipping its students with advanced knowledge of dental science. The program offers insights into the classification of different surgical procedures using medical techniques. The course consists of 4 years of training with 1 year of compulsory internship. The annual intake, as mandated by the Dental Council of India, is 100 students.

Admission to the undergraduate dental surgery course is done through NEET and allotted through UPDGME- UP Directorate of Medical Education and Training. All applicants are required to give the entrance exam conducted by the university. Candidates should have passed their 12th standard examination in the science stream with PCMB combination with a minimum 50% aggregate marks. Applicants under reservation are allowed a relaxation of 10% in their aggregate. The applicant must be of 17 years of age at the time of admission or before the end of the calendar year.

School of Dental Sciences offers 7 postgraduate programs in dental surgery. It is a three-year program which deals with medical diagnostic procedures to identify the dental condition. The annual intake, as mandated by the Dental Council of India, is 3 students in each specialization. The coursework of the program helps students' to develop critical thinking and writing skills while making a significant contribution to the scientific literature. It also endows aspirants with knowledge of healing methods that can be used to treat dental problems of the patients.

Admission to the postgraduate dental surgery course is done through NEET-PG and allotted through UPDGME- UP Directorate of Medical Education and Training. All applicants are required to give the entrance exam conducted by the university. All applicants are required to have completed their bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

School of Dental Sciences offers the doctoral program in dental sciences as its flagship program. It is aimed to create serious researchers and high-level academicians in various sub-fields of Dental Sciences and at the interface with other branches of study. The duration of the Ph.D. program is at least 3 years and a maximum of 6 years. There are six different specializations with an intake of one student per specialization annually.

Admission to the Doctoral program in dental sciences is done on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the university. The entrance examination covers all specializations in dentistry, as well as research aptitude. Following the entrance exam, a personal interview will be conducted by a panel consisting of faculty from the School of Dental Sciences. All applicants are required to have cleared their postgraduate degrees in their specialization with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Applicants under reservation are offered a relaxation of 5% in their aggregate marks.

Admission to the various courses at Sharda University, School of Dental Sciences is conducted both online and offline. The university, however, recommends the online mode. All applicants are required to give the university level entrance examination. The application fee is based on the SU-SDS fee structure. 

• The candidate has to sign up by filling up basic details. The candidate will receive a unique ID number and password to their registered email. 
• After logging in again, the candidate should fill out the application form completely. 
• The candidates should also upload the relevant documents, as well as their signature with black ink on white paper and their passport size picture. 
• After the application is filled, the application fee should be paid using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• The candidate should retain a copy of the acknowledgment slip and transaction details for future reference.  
• All applicants are required to give the SUAT- Sharda University Admission Test. While attending the test, they should bring photocopies of all necessary documents, the original registration payment receipt, and two photocopies of the hall ticket. 
• The successful applicants will have to undergo a personal interview. 
• If selected, applicants should deposit the fees within 15 days of selection.
