Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University Lucknow is spread over 100 acres and it ensures the safety of the students as well as looks after their welfare and requirements. SRMU brings the academic and cultural interests of the students all in one place. SRMU facilities are provided with the aim to provide an environmnet for holistic development of the students. Academic Facilities
- The students at SRMU have access to Wi-Fi all around campus, a well-stocked library, state-of-the-art computer labs and classrooms for various interactive courses, a moot court, and a media lab.
Library
- The Central Library along with the departmental libraries of SRMU assists teaching, learning, research, and innovative activities of the University.
- The library at SRMU Lucknow is fully air-conditioned as well as equipped with Wi-Fi and CCTV.
- Library activities are fully automated with the application of open-source Integrated Library Management Software ‘KOHA’.
- The library provides access to 48619 Books/eBooks, 101 print journals, 528 e-Journals, etc.
Cafeteria
- A spacious cafeteria along with a few more eating joints are located within the campus catering meals, snacks, beverages, mineral water, etc. for students, faculty, and visitors.
Hostels
- The university campus hosts separate hostels for both male and female students pursuing their undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. courses.
- The hostels are elegantly designed and are both 6 floors high with 12 wings consisting of 216 rooms.
- Modern amenities such as 24 hours power back up, medical aid, Wi-Fi facility, |ATM, Bank Facility, etc. are available.
- The common room is fitted with a TV with a DTH connection for recreational activities.
- A reading room with a library facility is available for the students staying at the hostels.
- The hostel rooms are available in single seater, double seater and three seater rooms. The total charge for single seater rooms is INR 1,00,000, for double seater room is INR 90,000 and for three seater rooms is INR 75,000.
Sports Facilities
- There are excellent recreational facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports such as cricket, volleyball, badminton, basketball, football, tennis, kabaddi, and table tennis.
- A gymnasium facility is also provided for students.
Computer Labs
- The university has a computer lab that is equpped with latest versions of multiple computers that are easily accessible to the students and can be used by them as per their requirements.
Laboratories
- SRMU facilities also include multiple departmental based laboratories that provide the students with an opportunity for practical learning.
- The students are given live examples and practical demonstrartion at these labs by their teachers.
Seminar Halls and Auditoriums
- The university also has seminar halls and auditoriums that are used to conduct multiple events and programmes throughout the academic year.
- The seminar halls are also used for events like guest lectures and workshops.
Healthcare Facilities
- An enhanced medical facility is provided within the University to all the Students and Faculty / Staff members for immediate medical attention and care.
- Provision of two nurses (both male and female) is available in the MI room as well as in the hostel.
- Impaneled and enlisted doctors are available through video conferencing for online support.
- Apart from this, a general doctor is available on campus during work hours.
- Ambulance service is available round the clock.
Transportation
- The university has a fleet of buses at its disposal for the convenience of the students, faculty, and staff members.
- All buses have trained drivers and conductors and frequent refresher classes are held so that they are cordial with their passengers.
- The University also has a dedicated fleet of cars for the conveyance of senior faculty members and heads of departments.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The Infrastructure of SRMU is impressive , with state-of-the-art facilities and well-equipped classrooms that create an optimal learning atmosphere. Additionally, there are well-stocked libraries and advanced laboratories to support practical learning and research activities.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : In SRMU admission process are direct. Eligibility of BCA course is candidate must have passed 12 or equivalent system from any recognized central/state board with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or equivalent grade for GEN/OBC and 40% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST category. Application form fee is 1000/-. student can apply form on www.srmu.ac.in
Fees & Scholarships : Fee structure of BCA course is 82000 per year and 5000 caution money and BCA(DS+AI) course fee is 100000 per year and 5000 caution money. Most of the SRMU students gets different types of scholarship. There are many types of scholarships running in SRMU- 1. Merit based scholarship 2. Student referral 3. Staff referral 4. National Entrance Exam based scholarship.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : University campus is fully wi-fi. More than 500 net connected systems are available with advanced configuration systems equipped with all latest software and platforms. smart classes with modern teaching aid are there. Library is best in the region having a huge collection of books and journals. There are separate in campus hostels for boys and girls with mess, laundry and gym. Outside also you can find good private rooms and PG but inside is more safe
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission process is on the basis of marks scored in qualifying examination. No specific entrance examination is required to be given. However good scores in class 12 board can fetch you good scholarship provided by university in all UG programs. Admission to a particular program is subjective to fulfillment of eligibility criterion. In case of B.Tech Computer science the eligibility is 45% or more in PCM
Fees & Scholarships : Fees is 142000 per year for B.Tech CSE and 150000 per year for B.Tech CSE with specializations in DS/ AI/ Cloud in association with IBM. There are different scholarship schemes like Merit based, national entrance score based in which you get upto 100% tuition fee waiver depending upon how much you have scored in class 12 boards or competitive exams like JEE In CSE all students get a placement from campus only. I got one in the top IT company
Academics & Faculty : Course curriculum is designed with the help of industry experts so that we study only those topics and technologies which are in demand in the industry. All faculty of the department are doctorate or super specialized from premier institutions of the country like IIT, NIT and central universities. Faculty have experience of both academics and industry. Notes provided by the faculty are excellent and my friends studying in other local colleges also use to take them. Regular assessments take place
Placements & Internships : All students of CSE in my batch got placement. In fact some of us even got two job offers. All major IT companies like TCS, Cognizant, wipro, informatica, paytm and manoy more come for campus placement. Highest package is above 20 lacs per annum and average package is 4.5 lacs per annum. Primarily the role offered is software developer, software engineer. Campus placements start from third year only and majority of us get an offer before final year.
Clubs & Associations : There are more than 16 clubs operating in the campus, NCC units for boys and girls are there. Almost every second day there is an activity or event happening in the campus making it a most happening place. We had our annual cultural fest Anubhuti which is a three day event. Then we have Gantavya our fresher party. also there is sports fest and tech fest. All of these events are managed by student committees formed by students of different programs. College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : This university have all the necessary facilities like wifi and well maintained library with all newly published book. This university have also hostel facilities for the students coming from far loacations(for both girls and boys).university have also well maintained and hygienic canteen.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got many good experience with this university. university conduct a scholarship cum entrance exam SRMUSET .Application fee in university is 1000/- . Installment plan in university is 30% at admission time , 20% on 15/09/2023 and 50% on 15/11/2023.

Academics & Faculty : The quality of teaching is quite decent. However teachers are very friendly and supportive. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field of information technology. what we study makes us job ready.
Placements & Internships : The quality of placements at my university is very good. 80% of students were places in core companies. Highest salary offered is around 24 lakhs per year. Average salary offered 4 to 5 lakhs per year . University is very supportive.
Clubs & Associations : Campus life is good. University has an annual fest called Anubhuti and an annual sport event as well. the campus of university has good space for roaming as well as enjoying nature.
