Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology, Chennai, established in the year 2008 by MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is a non-profitable, and non-minority institution. The college buildings are architecturally designed as per AICTE norms.
In SSIT, Business Administration was established in 2009, and it offers Post Graduate MBA programme. Besides, he also ventured into the arena of medical sciences in Indian Medicine, by starting the medical college for Indian Medicine namely Siddha, Ayurvedha & Homeopathy-all under one roof.

Academics & Faculty : The classes are 8 hours per day and All the test are conducted every week.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Cut off marks is 180 above for all castes. There are no entrance exams.
Placements & Internships : All the companies offer more than INR 2 lakhs per annum in our college. Mostly IT and BPO companies are visiting the campus.
Fees & Scholarships : Nearly INR 100000 is the course fee per year. Scholarships are also available for the students.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostel facility is good and classrooms are also good and the food is very tasty.

The college cares really good on canteen/hostel food and hygiene. The hostel fee comes around Rs 30000-40000 annually inclusive of food, EB charges, water, etc. Outside the college staying option:PG hostel or rental home sharing comes around Rs 1000 inclusive of food, stay, EB only. The college has a variety of food and snack option which starts from Rs6 to 50. The cost meals range from Rs.30 to Rs.50.
