Infrastructure facilities at Sri Siddhartha University, [SSU] Tumkur:

Hostels:

  • Separate girls and boys hostel facilities are provided at the Sri Siddhartha University, Tumkur Campus.
  • Hostel blocks are erected in affinity of the respective departments of the University.
  • The engineering college has 2 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel with 24 hours water and electricity facility.
  • The medical college has 3 boys hostels and 2 girls hostels with state of the art facilities.
  • The dental college has been provided with 2 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel.

Library:

  • A central library with a covered area of 1700 M(square) at the Medical College.
  • A library & information centre is set up at the dental college with an area of 3973 sq ft.
  • A central library is set up at the engineering college with an area of 2265 sq mtrs.

Guest house: 

The University Guest Houses is situated at  Sri Siddhartha Medical College Campus, Agalakote, B.H.Road, Tumkur – 572 107. The Guest Houses provide beddings (bed sheet, pillow, sheet, pillow-cover, blanket, mattress etc.). An inventory of articles for use in the rooms is available in each room. The guests are requested to check these items at the time of occupying the room. The responsibility for any missing item will, thereafter, rest with the guests. The guests are responsible for proper use and upkeep of the materials/fixtures provided in the rooms as also in the guest house. They shall be liable to pay charges for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
