Library:

The library is a computerized information system, which has all facilities for information storage and retrieval. It is an open access library system. All the students, faculty and non-teaching staff are members of this library. It is a well-furnished library with modern amenities with a total area of 685.21sq.m. The library has a seating capacity of 100. The library functions from 8:30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. on all days except national holidays. Separate departmental libraries are available in each department. Reprographic facility is available in the library premises.

Workshops:

• Basic Engineering workshop curriculum is framed so as to make all the students proficient in the use of hand tools in various workshops like carpentry, fitting, sheet metal, plumbing etc.

• A well equipped production engineering laboratory / machine shop is maintained with all types of machine tools, such as Centre Lathes, shaping and slotting machine, universal type milling machine, universal type cylindrical grinding machine, vertical turret milling machine etc. in which the mechanical engineering students are given ample opportunities to gain practical knowledge and experience.

Computer Centre:

The computing facility comprises 71 computers of various configuration including server system,p4 Core Due 2.8 GHZ processor, 2GB DDR11 memory,250 GB harddisk,DVD RW,17 inch LCD monitor, 4mbps broadband connection through BSNL.

Hostels:

SVNCE hostel is a home away from home.The hostel adds a dimension of vigour and commitment to the academic and extra curricular amience of the institution.The hostel creates an enlightened educational atmosphere, to encourage stable emotional growth in keeping with the goals and mission of the college.Most modern facilities are available.Hostels for boys and girls with all amenities have been provided by the college.Both the hostels have spacious rooms. Separate facilities for studying is provided in both the hostels. The ladies hostel and men's hostel can accomodate 300 inmates.
