The Training & Placement Cell of S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. (Autonomous) College, Jaipur is an active reservoir of dedicated professionals coming from diverse backgrounds having both academic and corporate exposure which is helpful in providing futuristic career planning and dream job to the students. The Cell is provided with a well-equipped conference training room and separate well-furnished rooms for interviews and counseling.
The role of the Placement cell is quite crucial in the modern era since there is a paradigm shift in the thinking of the students who now want to leave their alma mater with a job offer in hand and not mere degree. The placement team works with indefatigable energy and focus to meet the expectation of the Industry and the students alike. It synchronizes the training needs of the students with the top job profiles available keeping in mind their aptitude and make them industry ready. The placement cell caters to the needs of college students for their job placements in various organizations having national / international reputation.The team works on building the relationship in the industry to enable multiple level engagements such as Placements, Training, Alliances, Projects, and Internships etc. The Industrial Relations division of this cell concentrates on industrial opportunities for our students and on bringing top brands in Manufacturing, Information Technology, Automobiles, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, ITES etc to the campus.
S.S.Jain Subodh P.G.College has been a consistent topper for several years, in the list of campus placement records among private institutions of India. It is a matter of pride that its graduates are rated high by employers from industry and commerce in the private and public sectors. Offering information, advice, guidance and support for job-seeking students is considered a primary responsibility of the college. The T & P Cell of S. S. Jain Subodh P. G. College, Jaipur has created a repute of its own for managing the best & maximum Centralized Drives in the entire State.
Another feather in the cap of the Placement cell was the Mega Employment Assistance Camp organized, in the Campus on 21st Feb.’14, in collaboration with Government of Rajasthan and Sub Regional Employment Exchange. In all, 77 companies from all the sectors and approximately 7000 students both from the college and outside participated. The students got guidance related to different training opportunities provided by Government, Self- Employment avenues, career opportunities in armed forces, Government/ Semi- Government organizations and private sector were made available to the students. The private sector companies offered 1531 vacancies to the job seekers.
