Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

  • The minimum qualification is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
  • 70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the EAMCET.
  • 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
  • In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under lateral entry scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

  • Electrical Power System: B.E / B. Tech in EEE branch of Engineering with valid GATE score/ based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.
  • Computer Science and Engineering: B.E / B. Tech in CSE / IT branch of Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.
  • Power Electronics: B.E / B. Tech in EEE branch of Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.
  • Embedded Systems: B.E / B. Tech in ECE / EEE / CSE / IT / EIE branch of Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.
  • Engineering Design: B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engg. / Automobile Engg. / Industrial Engg. / Aeronautical Engg. branch of Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.
  • Structural Engineering: B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engg. / Construction Engg. branch of Engineering with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the Test conducted by JNTU.

  • The minimum qualification is a pass in an undergraduate course (10 + 2 + 3).
  • 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the ICET.
  • 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
