Auditorium: The 'Chazhikattu Hall' is named after the late Sri. Joseph Chazhikattu, a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly. He was a visionary who cared deeply about the people of Pathanapuram and was essential in obtaining government approval for the institution in 1964. The large hall, which seats over a thousand people, is used for all of the college's common functions.

Theatre: The theatre, which seats 127 people, is one of the largest of its sort in Kerala's aided sector colleges. It hosts conferences, seminars, and film screenings.

Canteen: A canteen on St Stephen's College Pathanapuram campus is run on a contract basis. On all working days, noon lunches and other food products are offered.

Chapel: St Stephen's College Pathanapuram has a chapel allowing students and professors to spend time in meditation.

Library: The St Stephen's College Pathanapuram library is the academic community's primary source of information. It has been in operation since the College's inception in 1964. It is now a first-class library, with over 31,000 books and 150 periodicals. The library, which is now computerised, also has a Xerox machine.

Conference Hall: The Archbishop Mar Kuriakose Kunnassery conference hall is furnished with the latest audio-visual technology. It serves as a location for video conferences, webinars, and administrative meetings.

Health and Fitness: A health and exercise centre at St Stephen's College Pathanapuram has been established. It is equipped with multi-gym facilities. These amenities are also available to alumni and the general public at a low fee.

Language Lab: St Stephen's College Pathanapuram facilities include a language lab that has an interactive panel and computer systems with built-in language instruction software. It provides an organised language learning experience and aids in speedier language acquisition for students.

Media Centre: It can accommodate fifty people. The centre has art communication technology such as an OHP slide projector, LCD, and computer. 

Meditation: Staff and students can use a special meditation centre called "Unarvu" with proper facilities from 9 am to 5 pm. 

Store: The members of the entrepreneurship club run a store. All materials required for college employees and students are provided at a low cost.
