Placements & Internships : Generally, Cognizant, Infosys, hire from here with INR 6.5 Lac package (2017) and some of the companies like Nomura and Tech Mahindra also hire few students

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to sit for WBJEE and secure a minimum of 17000th rank to get admission in this college

Fees & Scholarships : 9-12 students each year gets a scholarship and general category students pay yearly about Rs. 80000

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine is from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday . Overall experience is quite excellent .

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : College doesn't have any their own hostel but there are many private hostels with affordable fees

Clubs & Associations : College has no fest but it has its tech fest and cultural fest, and annual sports meet and sports championship

Placements & Internships : Companies like Wipro, TCS visit the St. Thomas Engineering College of Engineering and Technology for placements. There is nop stipend available to me still. Our seniors used to get Rs. 45,000 per month from the TCS.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for joining the St. Thomas Engineering College of Engineering and Technology is passing the 12th standard and clearing the KEAM exam. The cut-off available is 70% of the marks obtained in the 12th standard

Fees & Scholarships : Course fee in St. Thomas Engineering College of Engineering and Technology is Rs. 30,000 per year. The scholarship facility is available to the students.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings in St. Thomas Engineering College of Engineering and Technology are from 9:15 am to 4:15 pm. The exams are conducted in weekend days. The method of teaching is good, Overall experience in college is nice.

Placements & Internships : I did summer internship under a company organised by our college The college facilitates tfw scheme for needy students based on their rank of WBJEE. Mainly software companies like Cognizant, Infosys,ITC infotech comes every year. The average salary figure is Rs 3.2 lakhs per annum and the highest salary figure is Rs 4 lakhs per annum. 70% got a placement this year at St. Thomas' College of Engineering and Technology, [STCET] Kolkata. Alumni network is good & student friendly.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got admitted in this college through WBJEE rank(14582 at information technology. The eligibility criteria are the rank of WBJEE after completing higher secondary. The cutoff  rank varies every year. At our time, it was about 21000.
