General Requirements for Undergraduate Admissions 2024

Aircraft Maintainance Engineering (A.M.E)

• Candidates, both foreign and Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for Utkal Aerospace and Engineering, Bhubaneswar admissions 2024 if they have passed the [10+2] qualifying examination or its equivalent as deemed by the required authorities.

• The student must have had Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects.

• In addition to this, candidates will also need to clear a medical examination performed by the Institute and the minimum age on joining is 17 years.

General Requirements for Undergraduate Admissions 2024

• Eligible candidates can apply directly by downloading the form available on the official website.

• The form must be filled accurately and in block letters.

• Along with the fully filled form, a DD with the registration fee of Rs. 10,100/- made out to  UTKAL AEROSPACE & ENGINEERING  payable at BHUBANESWAR or can be handed over personally in cash.

• Documents to be attached along with the form:

  • Medical form duly filled and signed (by a Registered Medical Practitioner.)

  • 3 Attested Copies of the Mark-sheets of qualifying Examination.

  • Conduct Certificate.

  • 5 Passport Size Photographs.

  • 4 self-addressed envelopes of size 9" x 4" bearing the postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- each.

• All foreign candidates will need to follow the norms set by the Govt. of India and DGCA before applying.

General Requirements for Undergraduate Admissions 2024

• All applicants will be called to write the entrance examination held by the Institution itself.

• All admissions and scholarships will be done through the merits obtained from this examination.

• In case a candidate has fared well in their examination but due to unavailability of seats fails to get admission, the candidate can deposit the required fees and will be given admission in the next session.

• The final document submission and fee payment will commence after the results of the entrance examination are published.
