Central Library 

The library has built a robust collection of over 40478 Books, 2920 back Volumes. To provide time bound information services for the patrons of the college, library is acquiring over 171 national and 14835 international journals (includes both print & online journals).
Digital Library with server and 36 computer systems provides e-learning in which collections are stored in digital formats (as opposed to print, microform, or other media) and accessible by computers. The digital content may accessed remotely via computer networks. Over 6000 video lectures of Professors of IIT from NPTEL are available.
VCET Library has subscribed e- Journals ASTM, Springer, J-gate,Elsevier, McGraw-Hill, Ebsco, ASCE, ASME, IEEE for a cost of Rs.14.5Lakhs.
Content is also available in 3600 CD-ROMs and it can be self-paced or instructor-led and includes media in the form of text, image, animation, streaming video and audio.
VCET Library has Barcode scan for books issue and return and supports Open Public access Catalog (OPAC) system.

• 11 Mbps Bandwidth for internet with dedicated leased line. 
• 2 Mbps Bandwidth for internet at college office and with one wireless access point at the placement cell.

Physical Education

The Department of Physical Education encourages the students to participate in games and athletics to improve their acumen in sportsmanship. Facilities for Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Foot Ball etc., may be utilized by the students regularly. Besides these, there is provision for playing Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc. There is also a gym facility available to the students for building up their physique.
