• VIT AP University PhD/Direct PhD Jan 2025 admission is ongoing. Candidates can apply for the same till November 25, 2024, tentatively. Further, VITREE 2025 will be conducted on December 7, 2024.

November 7, 2025

• The VITEEE 2025 exam is scheduled for April 21 to 27, 2025, for VIT AP University B.Tech admission 2025. Registration is due by March 31, 2025. A computer-based test slot booking will be available.

November 5, 2025

• CAT 2024 admit cards are out. Admit cards are available on iimcat.ac.in for download. The CAT 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2024, for VIT AP MBA Admission 2025.

VIT AP Selection Process 2025

VIT AP selection criteria are based on merit in the qualifying exam, entrance exam scores, counselling, etc. The detailed selection criteria for various courses offered by VIT AP is given below:

• For B.Tech admission to VIT AP, VITEEE scores are accepted. If the VITEEE exam is cancelled as a result of natural calamities, then the university also accepts JEE Main/SAT scores. Further, online counselling takes place for final selection.
• Candidates are shortlisted for BBA admission on the basis of their scores in the Management Test (MT) and interview performance.
• For selection to B.Com and BA - MA programs, the institute considers the merit in the qualifying exam. Candidates must appear for counselling for final selection.
• Selection to the M.Tech program is based on valid scores in the VITMEE exam, followed by the online counselling process.
• Applicants are shortlisted for M.Sc admission based on their merit in the qualifying exam. The other selection rounds involve submission of SOP, online personal interview, and the counselling process.
• The selection criteria for PhD admission at VIT AP requires candidates to qualify for the VITREE exam, followed by a personal interview.
• For integrated programs like BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.), the selection is based on valid VSLAT/LSAT/CLAT scores, followed by a group discussion and a personal interview.
