• The results for the January session of VITREE 2025 will be announced on December 20, 2024, on the official website of VIT. Candidates can check their results by entering their application number and password. Candidates qualified will be invited for counseling, which requires documents such as mark sheets, ID proofs, and a tuition fee receipt.

December 16, 2024

• VITREE 2025 results will be declared by the official VIT site on December 20, 2024. This examination aimed at the admission of PhDs was conducted on December 7, 2024, and the personal interviews took place on December 14, 2024. The selected candidates will take part in the counseling session and verification of credentials. 

December 10, 2024

• The VITREE 2025 results will be declared on December 20. The candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website of VIT. The exam is significant for postgraduate and doctoral courses at VIT. Candidates are advised to keep their login credentials handy so that they can check their results without any delay.

December 07, 2024

• VITREE 2025 Exam Update: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will conduct the VITREE 2025 exam today, December 7, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM across 28 cities nationwide. Hall tickets, released on December 5, 2024, can be downloaded using the application number and password. Candidates are required to carry their admit card and valid ID proof to the exam center.

• VITREE 2025 Admit Card: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will soon release the VITREE 2025 hall ticket on the official website. Candidates who have applied for the January 2025 session of VITREE are advised to download their admit cards in order to appear for the exam. The VITREE 2025 exam will be held in 28 cities across India.

November 25, 2024

• The VITREE (January 2025) PhD registrations will close on November 25, 2024. The mode of the application form is online. Interested candidates can visit the official website - admissions.vit.ac.in to apply. The VITREE 2025 exam will be conducted on December 7, 2024, in 28 cities across India.

November 21, 2024

• VIT AP University PhD/Direct PhD Jan 2025 admission is ongoing. Candidates can apply for the same till November 25, 2024, tentatively. Further, VITREE 2025 will be conducted on December 7, 2024.

• The VITEEE 2025 exam is scheduled for April 21 to 27, 2025, for VIT AP University B.Tech admission 2025. Registration is due by March 31, 2025. A computer-based test slot booking will be available.

November 5, 2024

• CAT 2024 admit cards are out. Admit cards are available on iimcat.ac.in for download. The CAT 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2024, for VIT AP MBA Admission 2025.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
• Valid scores obtained in entrance exams like VITMEE.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or first class in master’s degree in the relevant subjects.
• Candidates have to appear and qualify for a written test followed by an interview to get admission.
