Placements & Internships : There are 3 internships in our total 4 year course and there is also stipend given by the University. There are many companies who hire our students like - AMUL , ITC, Mother Dairy, Metro dairy, Keventer, SSP, Tetra Pack etc. Avarage salary of B.Tech students are 40k to 50k. Our alumni have a very strong network and they give us many job opportunity for the new students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There are 3 type of entrance examination through which our university takes students like West Bengal Joint Entrance examination (WBJEE), ICAR examination, GTA catagory for Hill type area students. I took admission by WBJEE Examination. The cutoff in the WBJEE examination was around 15k and in decentralised counselling of WBJEE examination the cutoff was around 30k .

Fees & Scholarships : The college charges very less semester fees of Rs.3910 per semester. Students get many scholarship like SVMCM, Aikyashree, Oasis, University also given a scholarship and ICAR scholarship. There no loan needed because the fees are very less and scholarship are available in West Bengal.

Academics & Faculty : There is no pressure in university and assignment, project are there but this is not a big issue. The quality of teaching is very good and the teachers are very helpful. In my opinion, the University is very good and here in industry job experience of seniors is also good than other industries.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels available and all students will get hostel and fees at around 1.5k per month with the foods value. There are PGs also available nearby. University campus for the students. The cost is very minimal for students which is about 40 rupees in a day. The classroom quality and Labs, library, dining, WiFi condition are very good and there are many students who are staying in hostel and review of the students are much good.

Clubs & Associations : There are students societies with our university students and other universities students in our campus. There are many festivals and all the students are participating in all the events like NAHEP seminar, Biswakarma pujo, Saraswati pujo, Reunion etc. The college life is very good and the students and seniors are very helpful.
