Candidates may apply on the pre-printed form attached with the prospectus or may download from the college website or can be collected from reception by paying INR 500/- in cash or via demand draft in favor of William Carey University payable at Shillong. Candidates need to pay INR 500/- by cash or through demand draft for downloading the form online.

Mandatory Documents

The application form must be attached with notarized or attested (from a Gazetted Officer) photocopies of eligibility certificate as given below:

• For Under Graduate Programmes, Copy of X, XII Mark Cards & Migration Certificate/ Transfer Certificate is required.
• For Post-Graduate Programmes Copy of X, XII Graduation Certificate (all 3 years Marksheet, Degree/Provisional Degree) & Migration Certificates is required.

William Carey University Admission Fee

WCU is offering certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Ph.D programmes in various academic disciplines such as Arts, Humanities, Commerce, Science, Social Science, Engineering, Management, Computer Science and other relevant subjects. The admission fees for the candidates applying in BA is INR 48,000, for B.Com it is INR 48,000 and for B.Sc INR 1,04,000. The admission fee for the candidates applying for masters courses in M.Com is INR 52,000, for MA INR 48,000 and for M.Sc it is INR 68,000. Candidates applying for any courses in Diploma have to pay INR 22,00 as admission fee and candidates applying for any Ph.D courses have to pay INR 1,92,000 as admission fee. The fees for other courses are given under William Carey University fees structure.
