The tie-breaking criteria for B.Sc Nursing (Hons) and M.Sc Nursing are below.
- Candidates obtaining higher marks in Biology in AIIMS Nursing exam will be ranked higher.
- In case the tie still remains, then candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in AIIMS 2025 Nursing exam will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, then candidates who have obtained higher marks in Physics in AIIMS Nursing Exam will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, then the older candidate will be given preference in admissions.

If candidates have secured equal marks in both stage 1 and stage 2, then;
- The candidate who has scored higher on the written test will be ranked higher
