APPSC Group 2 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of four stages of the selection process. The first process will be a screening exam through which eligible candidates will be included in the Merit list.
The Mains exam will seperate the eligible candidates and allow them to advance them to a proficiency test. The every final stage includes a verification stage for the aspirants.

APPSC Group 2 Prelims Exam Pattern
APPSC Group 2 Prelims exam is the screening stage to only shortlist candidates for the mains exam. The following includes detailed information regarding the Prelims exams.
- Negative marking of one-third marks for each wrong answer.
- The duration of the test is 150 minutes.
- The Prelims exam includes 150 questions in total that are multiple-choice-based.
