BPSC Prelims Syllabus 2024
Candidates must understand the BPSC Syllabus 2024 for the Prelims paper before the exam. Applicants must note that the Prelims paper is compulsory and common for all candidates. There are no BPSC optional subjects to choose from in the Prelims paper.

Candidates will appear for the General Hindi paper, which is common for all candidates. The General Hindi paper is qualifying in nature, and applicants need to score at least 30% of the BPSC total marks for this paper which is 100.

The General Studies Paper 1 of BPSC Mains is the first paper that is scoring in nature. Candidates are required to score as much as they can in GS Paper 1. The score in the General Studies Paper 1 is counted in the final merit list.

The BPSC syllabus for optional subjects cannot be provided individually. The Syllabus for BPSC optional subjects is at the level of graduation degree. Moreover, as per the latest changes in the optional paper will be of 100 marks and MCQ based. Therefore candidates just have to qualify it.
