IRDA Exam Syllabus 2024 will be published on the official website. IRDA 2024 was established as a statutory agency in 1999 by an Act of the Indian Parliament. IRDAI occasionally holds a two-phase exam for a variety of positions. Under various areas below, students may find the names of the positions and the IRDA exam syllabus. The following positions are filled by IRDAI through nationwide open competition.

IRDA Exam Syllabus 2024

The IRDA Syllabus 2024 should be well-understood by applicants. The following themes or curriculum will be the basis for the insurance-related questions in the IRDA test. The IRDA syllabus also includes sections on the English language, numeric ability, reasoning, general awareness, and other topics in addition to insurance-related questions.

IRDA Assistant Manager Syllabus

There are three steps to the IRDA exam, including an interview, for positions as an assistant manager. Candidates who pass Phase-1, which serves as a screening test, are qualified to move on to Phase-2 of the IRDA examination.

IRDA Phase 1 Prelims Syllabus

The IRDA's 2024 Phase-I exam is an online, objective-type test. It is divided into four sections: reasoning, English language, general awareness, and numeric aptitude. In its notification, IRDA does not list any particular subjects for each session or test (dated 2017).

Insurance Exams and IRDA Mock Tests can be used by candidates preparing for phase 1 of the IRDA examination for the position of Assistant Manager. The table below provides more information regarding the number of questions, time, and marks.

IRDA Phase 2 Mains Syllabus

Three papers are included in Phase 2 of the IRDA exam for the position of Assistant Manager: English, Economic & Social Issues Affecting Insurance, and Insurance & Management. Each of the three papers is a descriptive one. Candidates must respond on paper to questions that will be shown on a computer.   • Candidates will be chosen based on a competitive written examination (WE) and/or interview for the positions of Manager, Assistant and Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.
  • For any of these positions, IRDAI has not included a syllabus in its notification.
  • The choice to hold the written examination (WE) is based on the number of applications received for each post in each grade and the proportional number of openings in each skill stream specified in the notification (dated 2018).
  • Performance in the written exam and/or interview will be taken into account when choosing the final candidates for various positions.
  • Before applying for the aforementioned positions, candidates should also meet the requirements for education, experience, and other eligibility criteria.
