The CREST Olympiad syllabus is framed to assess students' practical knowledge of subjects and their higher-order thinking. On average, 70% of the CREST Olympiad exam and its questions are taken from any recognized school curriculum, i.e., CBSE, ICSE, or state board, and 30% of the questions are based on higher-order thinking, i.e., achiever's section.

CREST Olympiad Syllabus 2023
CREST Olympiad examinations are objective-type tests that the students must complete in 60 minutes. For class Prep/KG students, the exam will be assisted by the parent/teacher, and the test time will be 45 minutes. There are separate question papers for each class, and the medium of the exam is English. CBSE, ICSE/ISC, and other state board syllabus are followed for the set of test papers.
The questions asked in the CREST Olympiad focus on the practical knowledge of the student rather than theoretical knowledge. All students of the following standard education board of India are eligible for this exam.

CREST Mathematics Olympiad
Mathematics Olympiad assesses the student's ability to use mathematics in daily use. The topics covered in the CMO syllabus includes numerals, number names, addition, subtraction, lengths, weights, time, money, real numbers, polynomials, quadratic equation, polynomials, coordinate geometry.

CREST English Olympiad
English Olympiad assesses the student's knowledge of English vocabulary, grammar, and reading skills. The topics covered in the CEO syllabus include analogies, spellings, identifying the pronouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, articles, prepositions, simple tenses, conjunctions, and punctuation.

CREST Science Olympiad
Science Olympiad Exam is created to assess the student's knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The topics covered in the CSO syllabus include environmental science, animals, birds, insects, chemical reactions & equations, acids, bases, & salts, metals & non-metals, carbon & its compounds, periodic classification of elements, life processes, and reproduction in organisms, and heredity & evolution.

CREST Reasoning Olympiad
The Reasoning Olympiad was created to make students aware of their reasoning and fundamental impact on new information and experiences. The topics covered in the CRO syllabus include coding & decoding, geometrical shapes, embedded figures, the odd one out, pattern, measuring units, series completion, blood relations, sequential output tracing, direction sense test, and logical Venn diagrams.

Cyber Olympiad test assesses the student's knowledge of computers, hardware, and software. The topics covered in the CCO syllabus includes computer basics, latest developments in the IT field, storage devices, hardware & software, input & output devices, memory & storage devices, operating system, and data management systems.

CREST International Spell Bee Olympiad
CREST International Spell Bee Olympiad test assesses the students based on the English language, including meaning, spelling, and pronunciation. The topics covered in the CSB syllabus include animals, relationships, adjectives, sports, occupations, and topics from Wren and Martin's Book and High School English Grammar and Composition in the forms of word connections, picture speak, word chain, and rapid-fire.

CREST Olympiad 2023 Exam Pattern
All students of classes 1 to 10 are eligible for the CREST Olympiad exam. And the registration for CREST Olympiad exams is through school or individually through the website. The question paper, answers, and scorecards will be released by the CREST for practice tests. However, rankings will not be declared.
