Can we directly apply for second round of NEET UG all India quota counselling if we have not registered for 1st round?

Yes, students who did not register for the first round of NEET counselling or did not get any seat in round 1 can directly apply for the second round, as the Medical Counselling Committee allows fresh registrations for such candidates.
