Does change in name after 12th affect admission in NEET UG colleges?

In case if you have changed your name legally before submitting the NEET UG application form, then it should not create any problem. However, if you change your name legally after submitting the application form then you can show an affidavit of your legally changed name during admission time. In this way it should not be a problem.

This actually depends on when you have changed your name. If you change it after filling your NEET UG exam forms, then it might be chaotic, you have to submit an affidavit, if changed earlier then no problem.
